Professional Experience
In 2012-2013, Vladimir Kunitsky was CEO of North-Western Phosphorous Company. Since 2011, he has served as Acron’s CEO. Between 2006 and 2011, he was Acron’s senior vice president. Kunitsky has been with the Group since 1983. His previous offices include deputy head of AN operations, head of NPK operations and director general of Dorogobuzh Minudobreniya Production Association.

Professional Experience
In 2011, Oscar Valters was appointed the Group’s senior vice president. He came to the Group in 1995 and has held a number of positions, including head of the financial management division of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Board of Directors deputy Chairman for finance, head of the finance department and vice president for finance.

Ivan Antonov (1950)

Professional Experience
In June 2014, Ivan Antonov appointed advisor to
Acron CEO. Mr. Antonov served as Acron’s vice
president for production and development from
2011 to 2014. He served as Acron’s CEO from
2005 to 2011. Between 2003 and 2005, he chaired
Acron’s Board of Directors and was in charge of
international markets. Antonov has been with
the Group since 1973.

Alexei Milenkov (1973)

Professional Experience
In 2008, Alexei Milenkov was appointed Acron’s finance director. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Director of NAP (Canada). He has been with the Group since 2002, working as head of the information and research division.

Irina Raber (1949)

Professional Experience
In 2011, Irina Raber was appointed vice president
for human resources and special projects of Acron.
Since 2006, she has been vice president of the
Figure Skating Federation of Russia. Since 2005,
she has been president of the Figure Skating
Federation of Moscow.
In 2000-2010, Ms Raber was Prefect of the North-
East Administrative District of Moscow in the rank
of a Moscow Government Minister.
In 1991-2000, she headed the economics
department of a prefecture in the North-East
Administrative District of Moscow, and was
promoted to deputy prefect and senior deputy
prefect of the district.

Dmitry Khabrat (1970)

Professional Experience
In 2014, Dmitry Khabrat was appointed as Director of Agronova Asia Limited. He has been a member of the Board of AS BFT Eesti (Estonia) since 2013. Khabrat was appointed Acron’s vice president overseas in 2012. He also served as Acron’s Chairman of the Board of AS DBT (Estonia), Director of Agronova International Inc. (U.S.), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hongri Acron (China). In 2012–2014, he served as Director of NAP (Canada). Khabrat has been Acron’s head of foreign trade division and a member of the Board of AS DBT (Estonia) since 2010, and a member of the Board of Directors of Acron-Trans since 2009. He has been Executive Director of YSF (China) since 2008. Khabrat joined Acron in 1993.
